Hello!Alura Consulting Agency was born from my own experience as a business owner.
As the founder of Alura, I’ve built and scaled a multi-arm wellness business from the ground up—while navigating the same overwhelm, decision fatigue, and growing pains that so many founders face. I know what it feels like to love your work, but feel buried by the systems, schedules, and backend responsibilities that come with running a business.
My background in healthcare shaped how I approach consulting: thoughtful, analytical, and deeply human. I believe systems should support people—not exhaust them. That’s why my work focuses on creating clear workflows, practical SOPs, and sustainable structures that actually fit your business and your life.
